Neural Filters create blurred image

I like some of the effects and especially the landscape since I do mostly landscape. This last image I did I noticed that my tack sharp rock ridge wasn't sharp at all after doing the filter.  In fact the entire image wasn't in focus. It creates a new layer for the filter that apparently isn't overlaying right on with the original layer.  How can I fix that or is this something that will need fixed by Adobe?

Which filter was it one of the beta filters that Adobe is still working on?
