Neural Filters download doesn't work using Photoshop 23.2.1 on WIndows 10.

So I was looking into the Neural Filters feature of Photoshop, but when went into the Photoshop menu, I couldn't download them. The only filter I was able to get is the Color Transfer one, as you can see from the image. When I try to download the other ones, it that the filter is not available. I tried logging out and then in, running Photoshop as administrator, and also checked the two TEMP and TMP paths that are assigned to C:\Windows\Temp.

Also, the directory C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\22\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery\PluginData doesn't exist. It only stops at C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\22.

I am running Windows 10.

Yep, I have the same problem. I can't download them, it says it's unavailable. v23.2.1
