Does anyone know what could be causing this?

    What I am going to write may seem surreal but the truth is that the error occurred with an image in 'grayscale' mode. I converted the image to 'RGB Color' mode and the error no longer occurs. At least for now. I discovered this by chance after trying to use the Neural Filters with another image and it worked fine. All this using the 'Super Zoom' filter.

        Hi @PNog what are the workflow or steps you were doing when you saw this error?

         

        It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
