Neural filters not downloading Colorise feature (PS 26.8.1)

Hi, would anyone be able to help please?

When I go to Neural Filters in Photoshop, it won't allow me to download any of the features listed here, specifically the 'Colorize' feature. When I click 'download', the icon spins for a half second and returns to the dowload icon. How can I fix this? This worked fine on Photoshop 2024.

I've managed to resolve the issue! For some reason, being connected to the work VPN was inhibiting the download of neural filters. When I disconnected from VPN, the download went through successfully! Having discussed this with my IT team, it sounds like the VPN was blocking the required network traffic for the download to take place. Odd, but just relieved it's working now and can crack on with work! Thanks for peoples help so far – hope maybe this might help someone else having the same issue, though I'm sure there's multiple reasons why the download might fail.

    Many thanks!

@joanna_2677 close Photoshop and then go to this location C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP

    Delete the folder called PluginsStorage

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Photoshop forum so that proper help can be offered.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
