Neural Filters Not Working

Hello Everyone.

I am using the latest version of Photoshop.

I noticed Neural Filters are Dimmed-Out. Do I need to have my Pictures In the Cloud?

If I have my pictures On my computer Neural Filters are not working?

No cloud necessary but you need mac OS Catalina or Win 10 and a bitmapped layers selected.

Are you sure they are not working, u need to toggle the switch.

Please post a screenshot if you have any more question so we know where you are getting stuck.
