Neural: Photo Restoration missing

Yesterday, Adobe announced a new addition to the Neural Filters but the feature is missing in the 23.4 release. Was this a mistake or did the marketing dept not understand that this was a preview of a future feature?

Where did you read that Photo Restoration would be in 23.4 (which is no longer available)? I've only seen "soon".

The article I read said it was About to be announced and would available in the next download.  Do you definitely still have 23.4 installed?  The update is not available at the moment so I can't check to see if I have it.

It wasn't mentioned in the release notes so maybe it wasn't ready : https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/whats-new.html

Note - you might want to roll back to 23.3.2 as recommended by Adobe https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/roll-back-photoshop-23-4-to-23-3-2/idi-p/13005573
