New 2021 Photoshop errors not letting me open the software

I downloaded the updates for the new software (I already had the old verson installed and working great). I tried opening Photoshop and got two error messages (attached). I figured that the Photoshop I installed was not working because I didn't uninstall the old software first so I uninstalled the old software and reinstalled it again and again got the same error messages. I am not sure what I should do since I have no idea what these error messages mean.
