New Document page missing

I appear to have lost the "New Document" page with black background and lots of templates, in Photoshop CC. Using the latest version. Tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail.

A possibility is that you have Legacy New Document turned on. To see if that's the reason go to Edit>Preferences>General and make sure Use Legacy "New Document" Interface is unchecked.
