i have done all the things.. like reset pref. delete PS setting folder and reinstall the software

in order to help you we need some more information. On which OS are you running the software? What are the features of your pc? Have you tried resetting your Adobe Photoshop preferences? have you checked if there are updates available for your graphics card? Thank you
