I am on an iMac (early 2009), El Capitan 10.11.6. Still using photoshop CS6. Every so often when I create a new document, instead of showing a white page, a weird collage of my previous photoshop file appears on the clipboard. When this happens, I have to close photoshop and restart it to get a normal white document. I would like to avoid restarting PS every time this happens. Does anyone know what is causing this issue and how to fix it? I attached what happens when I create a new document. It is always a collage of my last file.
That is a graphics card error. Try turning off use GPU in your Preferences/Performance.
Unforunately neither CS6 or El Cap are supported. Hopefully it isn't your graphics card failing.

I'll try that. Thank you. It's probably time for a new computer.
