New Guide Shortcuts

Hello,

I'm used to the shortcut Alt+V, E, to set New Guide, after updating to version 23.4.2, the shortcut doesn't work anymore.

I don't believe that the default keyboard shortcuts have an entry for adding a new guide, so this must have been a custom setup.

Edit menu > Keyboard Shortcuts, Application menus, View
