New Mac, can’t find PS folder [branched]

I just bought a new Mac with the Mojave OS.  I can't find the photoshop cc folder... it doesn't exist.

    Branched from Transform Tool in the latest Photoshop and retitled as this unrelated to the transform tool.

    If it's a new Mac right out of the store that you haven't migrated any of your files or applications to it would not come with Photoshop preloaded onto it.  Unless you had them do that for you at say the Apple store.  Photoshop is an Adobe application that you have to buy as a subscription service.

    The computer tech cloned my old computer onto my new one which Macs in recent years allow you to do.  I’ve downloaded the newest photoshop from the cloud and still no photoshop preference folder.

    The Preference folder gets created when you Launch and the Quit Photoshop. Have you done that?
