Nikon Z8 RAW files not working

I have a Nikon Z8. The camera's NEF files are not working on my Mackbook laptop.

I have the Mac OS Monterey 12.6.6

I updated on Creative cloud to the most recent Photoshop: 24.5, Bridge:13.0.3 and Camera Raw:15.4 versions.

The files are not being recognized on either of the apps. Tried restarting the laptop and the apps. Still nothing.

The odd part is it works on my iMac with the same updates so this doesn't make sense.

Any ideas?

Oh those are thumb nails. I would look at this page and try to update. I had the same problem and now resolved. Its just some os dont have the codec for new cameras. Its an adobe thing but you can convert to dng and then see them? There are two solutions but mine is free or you can wait..
