NO ACCESS TO PHOTOSHOP

Good night, I don't have access to Photoshop, it doesn't open the files anymore, messages appear nba screen.. informing disk error, synchronization problems. I thought until you the cloud full, I bought another 1tb and the problem persists. Adobe Brazil support told me to pause the cloud. I paused but the problem persists. I want help and a solution to my problem because I work with the applications. NO ACCESS TO PHOTOSHOP

Close Photoshop
Restart the computer
Use the Adobe Creative Cloud App to uninstall Photoshop
Restart the computer
Install Photoshop via the Creative Cloud App without launching any other programs.
Restart the computer
LaunchPhotoshop
Wait 5 minutes... does the error persist?

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
