No bullets and numbering in Photoshop CC 2018??

It's no longer an option on the Type dropdown menu, nor am I finding it in the Character or Paragraph panels. Is anyone else having this issue?

As far as I know, Photoshop has not had bullet|number list support as a native feature. Can you grab a screen shot from previous version?
