No changes to image preview when making changes.

I am not getting any changes to my image preview when using any Adjustments or Filters - any action with a preview - i.e. Curves - Exposure - Etc. Changes are only made when pressing OK. What is going on? 21.1.0 / 10.15.3 Catalina - iMac 2019 Any known bugs/ issues? Rendering Photoshop useless at the moment.
