No information available on new PS updates (?)

Adobe Cloud just updated my Win PC Photoshop to version 25.11.0. (not Beta)

I have noticed that whenever Photoshop is updated, I cannot find any information regarding the new update, whether that be via Google or Adobe. Also, when I clicked on the "What's new" option in the Help dropdown menu in Photoshop, it refers to version 25.9. (?)

I find this situation both bizarre and frustrating. It's almost like there is some sort of embargo on relevant information, which can lasts days or weeks.

Why?

It's always the same with updates, Adobe seem to do it on a regional basis, with the last update, people in the UK got the update before me and I live in Ireland, as far as I remember it was the next day before I received the update, I think Adobe updates the announcement page a day or 2 after the update starts rolling out

Imagine if they had a competent Creative Cloud app that always linked to those pages so you could always easily find out what's new?

I'm being sarcastic because I'm frustrated, but it really would be a huge help if they could have that built in and always available.

Have you looked at the application menus? Hint- the Help menu in Photoshop.

Prooblems, if any will show up in the Bugs and Discussion subforums in the coming days. You can turn off automatic updates and see if anything shows up before manually updating. I would recommend it on a production machine.

Speaking for myself, no worries.

Here's the Update info for 25.11.0

What is the link to the Photoshop Bugs and Discussion subforum?

Look at the top of the page. Discussions is underlined, but Bugs among others is a subforum option. Just click on it to make it active.

I can't find any information or release notes on the v25.11 update.  I don't like to update till I read what they contain. But more importantly if users are experiencing problems.

Absolutely! Me too. Because there are almost inevitably issues for us Win 11 users. And, I produce 'how to' YouTube videos for Ps and can't afford to discover key functions I rely on don't work after an update (which happens regularly).

Turn off automatic updates and wait a couple of days for release notes.

@Glutenus Max I'm not seeing Photoshop version 25.11 as an update option at the moment, information regarding the update are normally posted on the main Photoshop forum page, I'm sure that page will be updated in due course

Thanks for the intriguing reply.

In that case, do you have any idea why I have ended up with the update while others haven't?

Please see attached screen grab.
