I just recently bought Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and it is not giving me the option to install either of them even though I have subscriptions with both of them. I also will not let me change. My subscription.

Have you attempted to sign out and then sign back into the CC desktop app?

Go to https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms and download the Creative Cloud desktop app. From that, you can install and update Adobe Creative Cloud apps, like Photoshop.
