No option to save BMP format in photoshop 2022

Hi, Currently my Photoshop 2022 does not came with BMP format which I need to save as this format. Any idea how to install BMP format? Appreciated your comment.

Try Edit > Preferences > File Handling: Enable Legacy “Save As”

The reason may be that yourt image is 16 bits coded. Go to Image Mode and change the coding to 8bits/channel

Then BMP will appear in the files menu when saving as…

        Hi if you file size is more than 1 gb then you can not save it as bmp or check in save for web in export or your color bit must be 8 bit...regards
