no preview

after uploading a photo I usually can see a preview but now all I see is PS

@cowcollector1 can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface to highlight the issue, also what version of Photoshop are you using

Can you give us more information?

Where did the photo come from?
What is it's file size on the drive?
What is its file format, and if RAW, what camera was it taken with?

How are you opening it?

Check your Window > Arrange setting, and if not already set so, change it to Consolidate all to tabs

Lastly, what Photoshop version? 

What operating system and version?
