no puedo exportar/guardad para web (heredado)

Buenas tardes, de repente, no puedo exportar/guardad para web heredado.

Leyendo en el foro he desinstalado PHOTOSHOP, y vuelto a instalarlo. El problema persiste.

Estaba haciendo unos GIF dinámicos de 800 x 400 pixel a 72 dpi, y hoy ya no podía exportarlos.

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

If the problem persists after reinstalling, it will help us to know the particular steps you're doing, to get to where the legacy web save isn't coming up.

Are you saying that both "Save for Web" and "Export As" don't work?

Tengo el problema de que no me deja guardar para web, no me deja seleccionar la opcion
