No puedo guardar como ni guardar una copia

Trabajo con muchas fotos de producto para catálogo, así que normalmente guardo los archivos con comandos por cuestión de rapidez.

Desde hace varios días tengo problemas, ya que después de un rato trabajando ya no me deja guardar ningún tipo de archivo, ni con comandos ni con la barra de herramientas ya que no responde. La solución rápida que encontré fue reiniciar la computadora, porque no funciona si solo reinicio el programa.

Mi equipo es una Mac Mini (M1 || macOS Monterey 12.2.1) y Photoshop (v 23.2.2)

Where are the source images stored on an internal drive or an external/network drive? Does this happen with a specific set of files, or does Photoshop behave similarly across all your files?

Does it happen intermittently, or do you have a series of steps to recreate this behavior?

Please ensure Photoshop has permissions needed on the macOS by following the steps suggested below:  

1.  Go to the System Preferences for your Mac, then Security and Privacy, then select the Privacy tab.  
2. Then select Accessibility from the list to the left & check if Photoshop is added to the list with a checkmark in front of it.  
3. If Photoshop is not a part of the list, please add it by unlocking the window first using the lock at the bottom left, then clicking the + icon & navigating to the Applications folder.  
4. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under Full disk access found in the same list as Accessibility. It should look as shown below for Photoshop on your end.
   
5. Once done, restart the Mac.

Hola, desde que estoy utilizando photoshop en un IMAC de los nuevos, cuando expoto para web las imagenes pierden calidad y no he podido exportarlas como antes, alguien sabe si es algún error de configuración?

Can you show us (screenshot) Export As or Save for Web dialogue so we can see save settings? Images can lose quality depend on quality settings but also depend on dimensions. If you have small dimension images they will look blurry when enlarged. What are original dimensions of images vs exported/saved dimensions?

adjunto te envío 2 capturas de pantalla:

1. El archivo original es de tamaño 640x960 

2. Necesito exportarlo a la mitad del tamaño (320x480)

En la captura muestra que en la previsualización se reuce el tamaño a la mitad y después de guardado queda la imagen de baja calidad.

After exporting you are confirming low quality where? IN which viewer you are previewing exported JPEG file?

Lo revisé en vista previa del finder, y lo revisé en vista previa en un equipo con windows, en los dos casos exportó con baja calidad. adjunto envío un ejemplo de como exporta a tamaño real y cómo exporta a la mitad de tamaño.

Quedo atento.
