No refrence image icon on generative fill toolbar

I have a problem with generative fill. I do not have the choice to put in a reference image. Photoshop is up to date.

Okey. Now I know.

But thats kinda odd. When using the generative fill, it gives me "tips" and one of them is using a refrence image. If it is only on beta why does it suggest that. Not wise.
