No scroll bar in the Adobe Color Theme panel

There's no scroll bar in the Adobe Color Theme panel. Even if a mouse scroll wheel can make it move, that's not helpful when I'm using my tablet. I have one hand holding the pen and one hand on the keyboard, so I don't have a spare hand for the mouse as well.
