Question

Noise reduction / dehaze

With the new version under edit/ noise reduction / there is a dehaze now. How can I get rid of that and get back to the old version? I do not like that at all. The older version was better and did not take as long. I tried it for one pic and it was 38 min to correct.

Or is there a way in a setting ? Please help.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Hi @jonesjuliejones Dehaze and Denoise are two very different features.

If you are talking about Denoise specifically taking 38 minutes -

First - how large is your file?

Also what do you have for an internet connection speed - certain AI enhance features require a stable/fast internet connection to communicate with the cloud.

It would also be helpful to go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Are you referring to Adobe Camera Raw?

Are you talking about Denoise (taking 38 min), and are looking for the other, older Noise Reduction sliders? They are still there, you need to expand the Details pane.
