Not able to drag photos into photoshop 25.9.1

[Dragging an image], stopped working on multiple PCs, both desktop and laptop, and 2 different OSs  after upgrading to 25.9.1

    @Outsource Infotech it's working fine for me with Photoshop version 25.9.1 on Windows 11, I can drag images from file explorer into Photoshop without issue, are you getting an error message.
