Not allow me to “Save for web (legacy)...”

I don't know if it happens to you too. In version 26.2.0, it does not allow me to “Save for web (legacy)...” Does it also happen to you? Have you been able to solve it? How have you been able to solve it?

@Fotograf�a Juan Viedma have you checked Image > Mode, save for web legacy will be disabled if you have 32 bits /Channel selected

Save for Web will work for us for a while and then NOTHING. You click on it and nothing happens. Then you have to restart Photoshop. Super annoying. Did you find a solution?

So far just a dismissive "Save for Web is old, out of date" response despite it being different than Export As with additional features and Export As not having key features.

@Fotograf�a Juan Viedma save for web legacy is working fine for me, with Photoshop version 26.2 on Windows 11. What exactly happens when you try to save for web, do you get an error message

I do not have the option to export that way. It appears deactivated in the menu...
