Is your system up-to-date. All patches and updates installed?

I suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.

Please follow the steps below:

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

Thank you everyone for your help! Remote Adobe tech helped and has resolved my issue..Evidently I was corrupt! 🙂

Something does not add up here. The current version of Photoshop requires Windows 10 1809 or later.

You say you are updating. Can you open your current version, go to Help - System info and click copy. Then paste the info here.

Does this help? I have to leave for work and will check back after five.

Thank you so much for trying to fix the issue! Been driving me crazy! 🙂

Hi Kathy,

It appears that you pasted your Windows info. To clarify, Dave is asking you to go to the Help menu in Photoshop to get the info.

Hi

When you say "newest update" what exact version do you have, check in System > About

That is the one I have.
