Not Enough Memory (RAM) iMac M1

I keep having an issue saying I don't have enough memory (RAM).  I have the new imac M1 running the macOS Big Sur with 16 GB of memory.  The first few months I've had this computer I did not had any issues.  I've tried everything and it keeps telling me not enough memory.  It may work for a bit but then it pops up again. I've uninstalled photoshop and tried differnt versions and I keep having the same problem.  I've purged.  I have the most up to date version.

Its a brand new computer with specs maxed out. Why do I not have enough RAM, when I do?
