your PC specs looks fine try to re wrap your photo

Nowadays it's very rare that hardware will be the issue with things like this; as most pc's nowadays are several times over powerful enough; as we are seeing with your computer.

I've encountered this before and in my instance it was Edit > Preferences > Performance > and let Photoshop use more RAM. I'm currently at 1,500 MB and no issues. Also reduce your history & cache, I have 20 history states & 4 Cache Levels with a Cache Tile Size 1024K.

Yes, resetting preferences - quit - restart - still no luck. These images are really large 21,600 x 38,400 pixels.

Well just as a test I created an image with the same dimensions and as you can see Photoshop is using 14GB of RAM when applying Perspective Warp

And system memory in use 19GB, so you just don't have enough RAM for such large images

Everything looks fine with your system info, have you tried resetting the preferences as I mentioned above, how large are the images you're working on

When use photoshop, available ram is 1.8 gb

Hi

Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences, you may want to backup your settings beforehand

Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Also can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste the entire thing into this thread

You Photoshop version does not met the system requirements so in that case its either change to old Photoshop or buy a new computer.If in case your motherboard is up gradable  then upgrade your RAM

What hardware equiment do you use (CPU, RAM etc.)?

Which operating system do you use?

How about free disk space?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

How about the configuration of the scratch disk(s)?

Check your windows task manager and see if theirs available RAM unused.

And if in case you have no left RAM try to close first some of your running application
