I have the Adobe Stock photography plan, and I see that generative fill has stopped working. Does anyone know why? Initially, it didn't take credits, and without credits, it ran slower.

When you run out of credits, Generative fill no longer works slowly, it no longer allows generations The change was implemented this week and the documentation updated. You can wait until your monthly credits are topped up, or change to a plan which gives more credits.

The link below gives the current credits included in each plan. North America have two plans not available at present outside that area.

For those considering a Firefly Plan the details are here. Note the reference in the standard Firefly plan to unlimited access for Generative Fill.

Which version of Photoshop are you using?

Also, which operating system?

Go to your creativecloud.com account and click on your icon in the upper right corner to see how many Generative AI credits you have. If you've consumed all the credits available in your plan, you can either purchase more or wait for the credits to be reloaded which occurs monthly. Meanwhile, as you've surmised, you can still use the feature but you don't receive any priority on the servers so it can be quite slow.
