Nutral Filter unavailable

Since 2 days trying to download nutral filters ( all nutral filters), but always signal " download unavailable" .

Try to run Ps as administrator if you are using Windows OS.

Hi @Dorisbearn Sorry to hear about the problem. I believe you are saying that you can't download or access the Neural (not nutral) filters, is that right? What version of PS are you running? The Neural filters are new in Photoshop 2021 (which is version 22.0). If you have this version or later, have you been able to download any of the Neural filters? Or are you always getting the "download unavailable" message? Is your Internet connection working? Are you logged in with your Adobe ID? Here, you can see all the ones I've downloaded and can use with the 22.5.2 Release.
