Hi,
I'm having a compatibility error saying my Nvidia Quadro M620 is not compatible on Photoshop. I've updated the graphic card by going on the nvidia website but the error persists. Also updated from windows 10 to 11 but error still occures. I've tried installing DirectX from microsoft website however installer says that my DirectX is installed. Please help
The current version of Photoshop requires the Direct X 12 feature levels to be supported in the GPU.
The Quadro M620 has some Direct X12 support but, importantly, does not support the full Direct X 12 feature level set. Unfortunately, this is hardware dependant and is not something that can be resolved by a driver update.

Thank you very much for your answer. Is there some list of full compatibility DirectX 12 graphic cards? Maybe i will change M620 with something else then.

@Matt36524106364s more than likely the Nvidia Quadro M620 GPU is soldered onto the motherboard so it can't be upgraded

I don't know of any list of GPUs , but when looking at individual specs you are looking for Direct X feature level 12_0 or above.
