Object Selection Tool

I updated PS to newest version 26.2 now my object selection tool is no longer working it does not give choice to select wires or people, or any of the new selections like clothe , eyes and so on.

Hey, @ursular77898578. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll clarify this for you. 

The new People & Body selections are currently available in Photoshop (beta). Get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps section > Beta Apps tab.

The Remove tool might be a better fit for removing the wires in your screen shot.

There is no option for removing crows, transformers and insolators. 😉
