Off line activation of CS6

Question

Some time ago.I bought Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom4 for my autistic grandson who was on a college course at the time.

He has used it to good effect and it has helped him produce the picture that he likes to do, and I get them printed for him.

Being autistice change is something that he finds difficulty coping with.

His digital camera is not supported by Windows later than version 7.

He isn't allowed access to the internet for a number of reasons, so I have to do an 'offline activation'..

Due to a PC failure his software needs to be reinstalled, but I've hit a problem 'activating' it.

I have the original media, packaging, the serial numbers issued by Adobe and my Customer Identification Number, (a printed copy of the content of the email with the serial numbers and custormer Id Number) but I can't 'login' to Adbobe as it needs an email address.

This was originally installed in 2012 I think, and the email address I used has probably been lost due to ISP changes, or lack of used over time.

The current version of pohotshop would be an unmanageagble degree of change - as this would also require the use of the current version of windows and need the PC to have access to the internet - which would be potentially very harmful for him.
Please help.

One thing to consider is perhaps Photoshop Elements - it is a one-time purchase does not require a subscription/internet to run.

There are ways to limit access to the Internet, either within Windows or with third-party hardware/software.

Photoshop has not changed that much, its mainly added features.

At some point, Adobe will quit allowing activation of CS6 and then you won't have a choice. Same with Microsoft and Windows 7.

You will need to contact Adobe as linked above to see if they will allow an off-line activation. They may or may not.
