Offline reactivation of volume license for Photoshop CS6

I need to reactivate a volume license for Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS6).  I purchased two licenses ~2014 for use on Mac computers running 10.12, now running 10.13. The HD died on one of these computers and is now replaced and the system restored using a Time Machine backup.  But I can't access the Adobe CS6 software because I cannot reactivate the license.  This happened once before, around 6 months ago with another one of the Mac computers, and I was instructed by Adobe to do an Offline Activation.  However attempts to do this fail because I am asked to submit a "request code" in a addition to the serial number, in order to get "Generate Response Code".  But there is no way to get a Request code via the Adobe website.  The last time this happened, a member of your staff had to remote access the computer to reinstate the license.  Perhaps that is the only way, but if you could instruct me how to generate the request code, perhaps that would work and I could do the rest at my end.  Please note that I appreciate that Adobe no longer supports this produce for use on newer vintage computers.  I am not asking for support on a newer vintage computer.  I obtained the license as a stand-alone purchase and the license should be good for as long as the computer and operating system are unchanged  Thanks!

I was able to reach "generate a response code" webpage. You can do this via any internet connected device. Then you can enter the response code as part of the install. The instructions are old, but may be worth a try.

Unfortunately, that's not entirely true.  There's no such thing as a "forever license."  Eventually, the activation servers for discontinued products will age out and be decommissioned as was the case with previous CS & pre-CS versions.

 

Time Machine migrations never work.  You must install the software from your original disks or downloads.  But beforehand, I recommend cleaning the old product files from your machine with Adobe Cleaner Tool and then restart your computer.

Also you need an OS and browser with TLS 1.2 support enabled to connect to Adobe's activation servers.  That's an industry-wide connection protocol now due to the need for hightened web security.   See below.
