Oil Paint Filter Photoshop 2020

Olá, bom dia!!
Estou enfrentando problemas na aplicação do filtro pintura a óleo depois que instalei o photoshop 2020.
Em algumas fotos o filtro funciona, e em algumas fotos não.

 

Já fiz testes, pegando a mesma imagem que deu o erro e levando para o meu notebook que tbm possui o photoshop 2020 e o erro continua. O filtro trava e a fotos ficam metade preta e branca.

Já fiz teste tbm enviando a mesma imagem para colegas que tem photoshop com versão anterior e os mesmos conseguem aplicar o filtro normalmente na foto.


Meu Computador possui placa de vídeo: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730/PCIe/SSE2
Meu Notebook possui placa de vídeo: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1600 Ti/PCIe/SSE2

Does changing 

Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphics Processor Settings > Advanced Settings

to »Basic« and restarting Photoshop have any effect on the issue?

Hi

It could be related to you GPU driver, have you tried updating it from the Nvidia website, also take a look here especially section 7

Olá!! Já fiz as atualizações da placa de vídeo e o erro continua 😞 
O mais engraçado é que o erro ocorre aleatório em algumas fotos.
