Oil Painting disabled

I get this message "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled enhancements for htis feature which use the graphics hardware"

I have followed every way listed to fix this issue and it still will not work.    When it tells me to select a processor in the step of "2. Select the preferred processor", this is not an option for me.

I don't know what else to do, can anyone help me?

Your video card must support OpenCL v1.1 or higher, here are more details https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/oil-paint-greyed-out.html

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
