Onion Skin erasing issue?? PhotoshopCC

Hi! Thanks so much for replying to my issue. 

I am using a pressure stylus and have the initial issue with both the stylus and the mouse.
I'm not sure when or which version of photoshop this started, though it was within the last few months.
Also, I may be silly, what are the pertinent panels? I will screenshot them once I figure it out, haha.
I downloaded the beta version of Photoshop v25.12 and the eraser with the onion skin seems to work just fine, here is the visual I recorded of it fixed. Right under it I have also attached the system info.
