I had that same problem already 23the of January, was solves but now again...
Only a very small part (1/10) of the image is seen in the left corner of my screen. Half of the right part is shown when moving with the hand tool and once there's a half image shown it moves to the left part of the image (Please see sceenshots.).
I received a solution who resolved my problem on the forum and want to do the same but I don't see 'Adobe/Adobe Photoshop setting' ??? please see screesnhots
(working with Photoshop 22.1.1 - Catalina)
