only brush mode doesnt work properly in photoshop

all my brushes doesnt work properly as it shown on the preview, it should've had textures, fade or buildup not bold result (see photo for example) the brush result used to be exactly the same as the eraser example (which has nice texture)

did try to reinstalling my photoshop, using another photoshop ver, restarting my pc, checking my windows ink setting in wacom, reset the ps tools and preferences, delete then import my brushes again but it still doesnt work.

i think it's not my pen pressure issue cuz the texture works fine with eraser and the result is smooth, i've been using ps for years and it's the first time i faced this issue
