Only printing at a5?

All my settings i'm aware of are set to a4 and the preview print window looks a4 but all my prints are coming out a5? I've tried different printers it does the same. But printing from illustrator is fine. Anyone know whats happening?

Could you post screenhsots of the pertinent Windows to clarify? 

Does your printer have an A5-tray or do you mean the print only covers half of an A4 sheet?

In the Photoshop print dialogue - what does it say under print size?
