Opacity and Flow Shift Shortcut not working

I have tried searching for this but am not coming up with any recent discussions, so I am wondering if this is on my end and not a bug. When I am using my brush tool the keyboard works to set my opacity (or flow if I am on airbrush) but the shift+number doesn't work. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I noticed that my Shift + Numpad doesn't work either for the Flow on my work PC but it works using the numeric keys above the letters

That did it! Thank you for the help, it was driving me a little crazy.

How did you get it to work Amy?

It doesn't work with the number pad, only with the top-row numbers.

Irritating, but at least I can use it now.

Hi

It is working here with Windows 10 and CC 19.1.3. What operating system are you using and what version of Photoshop?

Dave,

I am running Windows 10 and the most current version of CC 19.1.3. This isn't a new issue, as a matter of fact I don't think the shortcut has ever worked for me (though granted, I only tried it for the first time a year ago). I have attempted it on and off for the past year, and have tried looking for a fix, but now I figured I would post since I am not finding anything.
