I am looking for an answer to my problem. Open CL is GREYED out.. I have researched the web, contacted Adobe, and contacted NVidia for a solution and no results yet..
My Drivers are updated with a Clean Install
Photoshop is the most current
I have windows 64-bit, Photoshop is 64-bit
My Graphics card is GTX 1060 3gb (It does have support for Open CL)

Has anyone solved this issue yet I know its common but i cant find a fix!

The last time I had to do a cleans install of windows I had to format my disk and reinstall all applications after installing Windows. So before you do a clean install of windows make sure you have a good backup,  and know what application you have installed.  Windows 10 backup does not backup application like Windows 7 backup did.  You can copy your C: to an external disk foler or use Windows 7 backup so Windows 10 so you will be able to retrieve things like Photoshop addons like plug-ins, extension scripts etc.  from the external disk or your the windows 7 backup of windows 10
