Open Photoshop 2020

I just downloaded Photoshop and when I open it I get this screen.

How can I open a brand new photoshop project so I can work? Just like Old Phoshop did?

You can hide the 'suggestions' at the top of this window.

As you edit more files you will see them appear as 'Recent' on this Home screen.

And in the General Preferences you have options for 'Home Screen' and 'New document interface'-
