It looks like your system does not meet the minimum requirements

https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/system-requirements.html

GPU (extract from GPU minimum requirements):

  • On Windows, a GPU with DirectX 12 support and 2 GB of GPU memory
  • On macOS, a GPU with Metal Support and 2 GB of GPU memory
If your using an older graphics card or driver, GPU functionality in Photoshop may be limited or not supported.

Generally, consider using GPUs with an Average Ops/Sec of 2000 or higher on PassMark's GPU Computer Benchmark Chart.

Please take a look here:

Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues (adobe.com)

Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) card FAQ (adobe.com)

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your system.

Which hardware do you use?

Which operating system do you use?

Is your operating system up-to-date?

Which version of Photoshop do you have installed?

Does it works in the past? If yes what has been changed on your system before the error occur?

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI
