So, normally when you have a photo in Lightroom you can hit "Ctrl+E" and it'll open it in Photoshop. So I'm having an issue where when you do that (or simply try to do the EDIT IN PHOTOSHOP), Photoshop will open up but it didn't actually open the photo... It goes to the home page as if I only opened Photoshop with the whole "Recent, CC Files, LR Photos" on the left side with the "Create New, Open" under those. No matter what photo I try to open from LR to PS it just will not open as it usually does. Can anyone help solve this specific issue?

Update: When i click "Open" and select a PSD file, it won't even open!
