Opening photos on windows

when I open pictures it opens in photoshop how do I make it so it only opens in photos insted of when doubble clicking photos for it to automatically open in photoshop

I do not know how you can do it via a single click.  Double clicking on a file in Windows File signal explored to use the application associated that file's extension to process that file.  That is start the application if it not running and pass the file to open, or if the application is running to pass a message to the running application to open the file.   An other way to do this in file  explorer is to right click on the file then left click on open or edit.  One right click one left click still two clicks. A singal click just hilight the file as selected follow the with a Shif Click to select a range of files or a ctrl Click to add an addional file  to the current selection. Its a Windows thing not a Photoshop thing.
