option bar is missing is photoshop cc 2020 please help

I'm having problems trying to view my options bar. Everything is check in the window drop down tab. The only thing that is showing is Loaded Mateial: Default. Please help, Thanks

Everything is OK, that is what should be presented with 3D Material Drop Tool. I believe that solution for you is to switch/actiavte Paint Bucket Tool.
