Guys, explain how to fix the "options" panel in Photoshop. The workspace flew off, I try to return everything back, but the parameters are not attached in any way.

You could try Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials

If that doesn't help can you post a screenhot to highlight the issue

Which »parameters« are »not attached« to what?
